I walked back home during my lunch break from the west side. I had planned to catch the streetcar as soon as I could and take it across the river the rest of the way home.
It was raining a bit, as I started. When I got to the first stop just on the west side of the Broadway Bridge, there was ten minutes before the next arrival and the rain had subsided.
So, on across the Broadway Bridge I walked.
On the other side of the river, the next stop has a unique art installation that appears to be a shelter, but it’s not.
I ran the last bit to get there just a few minutes early and time to snap some photos before the streetcar arrived.
Glad I did.
