At least in June …
This is the time of year when we have red roses everywhere and the strawberries are ripe and ruby-red and ready to be eaten raw, in jams, in milkshakes or on top of pancakes!
Some cinnamon-spiced bananas and topped with dollops of Oregon marionberry jam and a few hazelnuts and it’s a masterpiece ode to a state that typically green or blue or gray depending on your lens.
I’d like to send a shout out to the cook of these wonderful little pancakes we used as breakfast tacos to stuff these little gems into our faces.
