I have a deck of 52 cards with one for each week of the year. Each card has a mindfulness idea on it for the week, complete with an explanation and little cheeky quote.
This week is, “One bite at a time” …
It’s about being mindful of our eating and drinking, encouraging us to take our time and enjoy each single mouthful.
I really got a kick out of the little quote at the end:
There can be no party in your mouth, if the mind is not invited to attend.
No Party, without the mind, eh??
