314 – Spices

Well I found a couple of new ways to stay warm during the colder months.

Aloo Gobi

Chicken Saag

Both of these Indian dishes have a lovely array of spices including some heat from cayeene pepper.

The spices here are for Aloo Gobi and include tumeric, cummin seeds, cinnamon, cardimom, garam marsala and coriandar.

Amazing dish.

Thanks to my special dinner guests for coming through with a couple of missing spices and so much help putting it all together and of course sharing it.
